I know what the scripture says
Where is my prayer of Jabez?
I asked to be blessed indeed
Are you going to fulfill my needs?
When the world tells my story
Will I have an enlarged territory?
As I crawl to walk for all to see
Will thy hand stay with me?
Will you push me past pain
Forward me through unto gain?
When words are spoke off my chest
Will I be granted my request?
Do I ever wake from my dreams?
Where I’m on top and reign supreme?
Lessons turn corners and give us reality
Will my life be legend or leave a legacy?
God, I ask because I just Don’t Know
