Moms 2 moms 58:

The Mom 2 Mom 58 Foundation is a non-profit faith-based organization that was born out of the tragic death of the late Kansas City Chief Linebacker Derrick Thomas on February 8, 2000. The founder, Mrs. Edith Morgan, suffered the sudden death of a beloved son whose vehicular accident could have been less tragic had he been wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

She felt a pressing need to get the word out to other mothers about the importance of training our children in the use of seat belts.

The Mom 2 Mom 58 Foundation focuses on child safety and empowerment - and other issues that can impact a mother’s life, such as, a family member with paralysis, adolescent obesity, juvenile delinquency, domestic violence, health care, estate planning and family strengthing areas.

Many people looked up to Derrick Thomas as a role model. He left a tremendous impact on people – even people who did not know him personally. He touched many lives while he was alive and the Mom 2 Mom 58 organization is trying to continue touching lives in his memory by concentrating on strengthening mothers and nurturing children

Ask The Expert:

Some of the topics you can comment on this week are:

1. Should I remove my eyebrow ring and diamond nose stud before going on my next interview?
http://www.collegerecruiter.com/ask-the-experts/general/all-my-piercings/index.php

2. I'm a small business owner having some trouble staffing my company because so few candidates fit my idea of the "perfect" employee. Should I relax my dress code standards and allow star candidates to wear "the baggy look" (oversized pants and shirts) as long as their clothes are otherwise appropriate business casual attire?

About WOE Enterprise

A few years ago my life hit rock bottom. I looked into the bible and I saw the word woe. I also wanted to see how the dictionary defined woe. Woe meant trials or tribulations. In life a woe to you might be a job loss and to another it might be a broken relationship.

One day I was thinking how I could reinvent my life so I wrote down the word woe on a piece of paper. As the document spoke to me it revealed that woe now meant WOE as in Word of Encouragement. From there I received this slogan.

“Before you leave work or go to sleep tonight, give someone a WOE, a Word Of Encouragement.”

Some of the topics you can comment on this week are:

4. One of our co-workers is getting married and we want to pitch in and buy her a gift. Some want to ask her where she's registered and others want the gift to be a surprise. Which idea is better?

5. When I went to the HR department to give my two weeks' notice, after finding another job that's better suited to my needs, I was let go immediately - "it's company policy." If that's legal, why do so many people stress the importance of giving an employer two weeks' notice?

I appreciate it. I need to help folks in business/individuals generate money. Businesses need to do better business by maintaining their current client base. Individuals need to become home-based entrepreneurs to take advantage of the tax benefits and make a few hundred dollars to 'afford' their lives. Ultimately, I want them to become clients of The Credit Woman. Got to work every angle!
