Ask The Experts:

Some of the topics you can comment on this week are:

1. My employees want me to remove the block I have on soical media sites, but I'm afraid that if I allow them to access Twitter, Facebook or any other sites like those, it will hurt productivity. Am I being a "stuffed shirt" or do I have a legitimate concern?

2. Is it right to report an employee who has come to work with obvious signs - coughing and sneezing - that he has a cold or the flu?

#15. Wipe The Competition

How To Go Guerrilla: The greatest tactic I have used is to become a TPE blog contributor. The results are that I now have confidence beyond measure. Building a relationship with TPE has led me to develop and present workshops based on what I have learned through social media. When you partner with a mega media star the competition will get out of your way whether you are standing up or sitting down with your last three sheets.

About WOE Enterprise

A few years ago my life hit rock bottom. I looked into the bible and I saw the word woe. I also wanted to see how the dictionary defined woe. Woe meant trials or tribulations. In life a woe to you might be a job loss and to another it might be a broken relationship.

One day I was thinking how I could reinvent my life so I wrote down the word woe on a piece of paper. As the document spoke to me it revealed that woe now meant WOE as in Word of Encouragement. From there I received this slogan.

“Before you leave work or go to sleep tonight, give someone a WOE, a Word Of Encouragement.”
